Abstract
This case study aims to discuss history, physical examination of patient with Klippel Feil Syndrome, also included were diagnostics, differential diagnosis, and management. This is a case of a 9 year old female presenting with fever and neck mass, initial consideration at the time of admission was retropharyngeal abscess, antibiotics were started, emergency incision and drainage done, however no abscess or loculations seen. On physical examination, noted with sacral dimpling and levoscoliosis, several workups were done out other disease entity, all of the laboratory test revealed normal results except from the presence of fused c2 and c3 vertebra seen on neck ap/l, cervical oblique flexion and extension, hemivertebra, levoscoliosis on whole spine xray ap/l. Patient was discharge, advised follow-up as with MRI result however, it was not done due to financial constraints.
