Abstract

This is a case report on a 10-year-old female patient with chief complaint of cyanosis of the distal 3rd digit of the right hand. She presented with 7 weeks history of multiple macular, reticulated rashes on all extremities associated with joint swelling and pain involving both knees, ankles and feet. A skin biopsy was done which revealed fibrosis and a moderately dense inflammatory infiltrate of lymphocytes, histiocytes, plasma cells and few eosinophils on dermis. There is predominance of lobular panniculitis with vasculitis.
