Abstract
This is an analytical retrospective cross-sectional study that utilized review of records of patients who underwent intraoperative frozen section biopsy and then compared with the final histopathology report after the definitive surgery from January 2016 to July 2018. A total of 65 subjects were included. None were excluded. Positive axilla were labeled in 11 out of 65 subjects in the frozen section, while a negative axilla was made on 54 subjects. There were 4 subjects that tested positive for malignancy on FS turned out to have no malignancy on final histopathology report. Of the 54 subjects that had negative results on FS, 54 turned out truly negative on final histopathology report while 0 were false negative.
