Abstract
Intrauterine death of one fetus in a twin pregnancy is uncommon in the second or third trimester. This is a case of a 25 years old primagravid with dichtorionic, diamoniotic twin pregnancy, who at 22 weeks of gestation experienced fetal death in utero of one twin. After 15 weeks of close monitoring, with the knowledge of a dead twin, she delivered uneventful to a dead baby boy and term live baby girl.
