Abstract
The objective of the study is to correlate the neonatal outcomes of hypertensive pregnant women at 28-34 weeks AOG with the middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery pulsalitility index ratio. There was an association between decreased MCA/UA PI Ratio and the development of adverse neonatal outcomes. MCA/UA PI ratio is a strong predictor of adverse neonatal outcomes in hypertensive pregnant women.
