Abstract
Comprehensive online journal literature search using EBSCOHost, PubMed, Google Scholar, Research Gate, Clinical Key and Elsevier was done. Risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool for non-RCT studies of interventions (ROBINS-I). Meta-analysis was done for the association of uterine artery Doppler velocimetry with early pregnancy loss. Two out of three studies showed statistically significant association between uterine artery resistance index and early pregnancy loss. The higher the uterine artery resistance index, the higher the chance of pregnancy loss. Overall, the systematic review is statistically significant (P=0.003). The overall percentage of variance in these studies is 73%.
