Abstract

Bacteria was acquired from the samples through swabbing and streaking method using sterile cotton swabs and nutrient agar as culture media. The food establishment in Dasmarinas had the highest number of bacterial colony growth out of the three establishments. Moreover, the bacterial specie types found in the isolated samples were Pseudomonas oleovorans, Kocuria kristinae, Staphyloccus sciuri, Acinetobacter baumannii complex and Staphylococcus warneri; the latter being the most common pathogenic bacteria among the utensils.
