Abstract

Kirby-Bauer method was used as their research protocol for the experiment while One-way ANOVA was used for data interpretation. Based on the data measured, there is a significant difference between the average zone of inhibition of the 100% concentration of each of the three plant crude extracts. While between the average zone of inhibition of the combination plant crude extracts and their individual 100% concentration, there was no significant difference.
