Abstract
This study used an experimental research design. The study was conducted in the Angelo King Medical Research building of De La Salle University Medical Center. The researchers produced two concentrations which is 100% concentration and 50% concentration and to calculate if the there is a significant difference between the two concentrations of the extract. The experiment was made possible by the use of Kirby-Bauer Method or Disc diffusion Assay to examine the bacterial activity of the test organism and the anti-bacterial property of Carica papaya seed. The results showed that Carica papaya seed extract was not effective in relation to its zone of inhibition against the selected gram-positive and negative bacteria.
