Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has brought a huge change to everyone. Many people experienced the loss of loved ones, struggled financially, and experienced discrimination because of the disease outbreak. To prevent the rising cases of COVID-19, the government has been implementing health standard protocols. In this regard, an online survey was conducted by the researchers to the citizens of the selected barangays in the city of Dasmarinas, Cavite. To interpret the gathered data, descriptive statistics and independent t-test were utilized. The results showed that majority of the respondents have very high compliance with regards to minimum health standard protocols. Furthermore, among the demographic variables included in this study, only age and income showed significant difference in relation to the compliance with the minimum health standard protocols. This study suggests that the Local Government Units (LGUs) should consistently monitor and reinforce the Covid-19 health and safety protocols to maintain the compliance of the community.
