Abstract
This study used Complete Randomized Design to differentiate the effectiveness of Physical Therapy and Reflexology to treat low back pain. The main purpose of the study was to determine which regiments were more effective and to know if treatments were convenient to the patients in terms of time and money. This study used a questionnaire as the main instrument with 15 patients with low back pain ages 27-50 years old and divided into 3 groups. This study focused on Low back pains, a common condition people can have with physical therapy or reflexology as the treatment. The researchers found that Physical Therapy management has more edge in treating low back pain. Although further studies needed to establish more about these findings and from this study, we believe that Physical Therapy and Reflexology can work together, thus, giving the patients maximum help about their physical problems.
