This study employed a descriptive design using a survey technique of ten (10)-factor analysis. A self-made questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents from the roster of the graduating class of the College of Physical Therapy of De La Salle University chosen through simple quota sampling. Data analyzed using percentage and mean. Based on the gathered data, the study concluded that (1) most of the respondents were female, the age range was 19-37 years old, and all were currently working in hospitals; (2) respondents' health beliefs and behaviors were on the process of encouraging all patients to adapt a prevention-oriented lifestyle. (3) The respondents should present positive health behaviors if they served as good role models for their patients; (4) there were no significant differences in the health beliefs and health behaviors if respondents grouped by age and gender.
