This study used a descriptive research design to gather data presented regarding an incident at the De La Salle University Medical Center of the pressure sore among the Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) patients. The researchers used simple random sampling to determine the most prevalent group among the subjects. According to the results taken from the gathered data, there was a total of 129 Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) patients in De La Salle University Medical Center, where 6 (43.9 %) out of 15 patients stayed from 18 to 24 days developed a pressure sore compared to other patients who stayed only for 4 to 10 days. As for the age of interval, 60 to 85 years old showed the highest percentage frequency developed a pressure sore. The Sacral area was the most vulnerable, then the Trochanteric region, and the least vulnerable was the Coccygeal, these were the speculation for the prolonged assumption of the level of activities and considering the patients was flaccid. There were three common procedures practiced in De La Salle University Medical Center such as banana leaves, proper bed positioning, and the frequency of patients turned to relieve pressure.
