Abstract

This study employed a descriptive design using a survey technique. A self-made questionnaire was distributed to 111 respondents were patients chose from six (6) affiliation centers through simple quota sampling. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Based on the findings, the research concludes that (1) most of the respondents are male patients, aged 45-50 years old. Moreover, patients admitted to the Physical Therapy Department of Manila Sanitarium and Hospital (MSH). (2) The respondents have admitted due to complaints of neck pains and diagnosed as cervical spondylosis from neck during the period June 1989 to December 1989. (3) Therapist would know the exact position that leads to neck pain and cervical spondylosis.
