Abstract
The study conducted to determine the awareness of present first and second-year Physical Therapy students of De La Salle University-Emilio Aguinaldo College and to find if there were misconceptions about the course and the profession. Used questionnaires as the method of data collection, the total sample size (429), answered the same set of questions wherein two hundred forty-four (244) came the first year and one hundred eighty-five (185) came from the second year. Data gathered, analyzed and presented using the percentage method. The result of the study showed the majority of the first and second-year Physical Therapy students of De La Salle University-Emilio Aguinaldo College were not full course and the profession. As a recommendation, the authors would like to suggest the following: pamphlets, slides or film showing, and symposia and perspective classes for the first year and second year.
