Abstract
This study was done to identify the common factors affecting non complicated of Health and Beauty System Foundation Inc. (HBSFI) clinic out-patients to their treatment course. The authors aimed to address solutions to those problems in order to achieve success in rehabilitation. Interview method was utilized to a total number of 32 patients of HBSFI clinic. The common factors were categorized as internal and external factors. Results of the study showed that common factors affecting non complicated complaining of no improvement , 9 (28%) out of 32. Some patients 17 (53%) complains of incomplete facilities and 14 (44%) stated that the clinic is not spacious enough. As a results of the study, the authors recommend that the clinic hours of HBSFI be extended and a thorough explanation must be given to the patients for them to fully understand their condition.
