Abstract
This study aimed to identify the most common physical disabilities that are present in Barangay Sta. Cruz II Area E, Dasmariñas, Cavite as of September 1999. Data were collected using the questionnaire/interview method from 75 households with a study population of 225, were tallied, put into tables and analyzed descriptively. Data showed that among 5 physical disabilities, visual disability was the most disabling predominantly female, 61 and up age group. Under Medical Condition Low Back Pain rank first which occupation related. Results from this survey be shown to the locally based community workers in Brgy. sta Cruz II, so that awareness can be probate.
