Abstract
The purpose of this study is to be able to assess the functional status of Stroke patients undergoing PT treatment at DLSUMC- Dr. Isagani M. Darvin Rehabilitation Unit from January 1, 1996 to December 31, 1998. ## subjects were treated at the aforementioned rehabilitation units were included in the study. The patients hospital record and questionnaires were used to elicit the necessary data. Of the 33 subjects, majority of the respondents regained independence in activities of daily living (ADL). In return while to leisure activities, majority shifted to lighter leisure activities while in the work aspect there is an equal prevalence between respondents returning to their previous work and those who opted not to return to work.
