A total of 20 caregivers were chosen out of 50 population in Elk's Cerebral Palsy Rehab Center. (90%) of the respondents have good knowledge regarding the proper management of spastic CP children as to feeding toileting and dressing , standing and ambulation , and behavioral approach. Based on the results of the study we recommend that we help the caregivers maintain the high scores than they garnered through continuing education and reinforcement of their skills. We also recommend that formal training be given to caregivers regarding the care for spastic CP children. We recommend a follow up study that uses actual observation on participatory involvement of CP caregivers during treatment session and will correlate its effectiveness in the overall success of rehab care for the wellness of the CP child.
