Abstract

Community-Based Rehabilitation is one basic approach in the implementation of basic rehabilitation to nearby rural communities. The study will be used by the College of PT in formulating an appropriate rehabilitation training program for the rural community health workers/ officials as well as serve the needs of the disabled population in the community. On the basic of the data and conclusion; a Community-Based Rehabilitation Program at Brgy. San Mateo, Ares-c, BB Dasmariñas, Cavite since physical impairment is the leading cause of their disability. This will provide accessibility and prevent the aggregation of the disability cases in their community. To assign any health personnel, to conduct seminar in health education, and to involve the participation of the school administration. A continuous study is strongly recommended by the authors to further enhance the implementation of CBR program on the said community.
