Abstract

Patients satisfaction research is in its infancy, many avenue of studies need to be pursued. However, a great deal of attention has been paid to the topic outside of, rather than within, PT . In line with the continuous pursuit of quality care, this study determined the level of satisfaction among orthopedic patients and correlated the patients sociodemographic and clinical profile with the domains of satisfaction. During the pre implementation, 12 patients participated, and a total of 59 patients them participated in the main phase of this study. Using a 15-item questionnaire, patients responded to questions concerning the three domains of regimen x2 (chi-square) test was used to determine te relationship between the domains of satisfaction and the patients sociodemographic and clinical profile. All the respondents reported high level of satisfaction with PT (x=22.23). Among the three domains of patients with a x of 23.15 followed by center operations and facilities and therapy regimen with a x of 23.15 followed by center operations and facilities and therapy regimen with a x 21.95 and 21.58 respectively. Orthopedic patients are highly satisfied with PT. There is no statistical association between the domains of satisfaction and the patients sociodemographic and clinical profiles.
