Abstract
Fitness level among teenagers research is in its immaturity, many ways or types of studies need to be pursued. This study determines the sociodemographic profile and anthropometric measurements of teenagers and correlated it from the fitness and fitness level. During the implementation 42 male teenagers and 22 female teenagers in the said community who met the following inclusion criteria were included: 1. the subjects must be in good health through subjective screening of the researchers and no illness during the actual data of implementation. 2. The subjects should should have no other cardiopulmonary conditions that might affect their performance (i.e. asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, tuberculosis and heart disease). 3 The subjects should have not acquired any previous musculoskeletal injuries (i.e. fracture, dislocation and strain). Majority of the participants were male belonging tot he age group of 13, 15 and 18, were attending their college school. 49 out of 64 who participated weight 25-59 kilograms and the remaining 15, weights in 60-96 kilograms, which mean typically the participants are underweight, and least are obese. This study discovers that gender, age has an association in the fitness level of the participants. However, weight, body mass index and educational level has no association in the fitness level of the participants' base on the results that the researchers obtained from this study.
