Abstract
The study is done to determine the level of client satisfaction on PT versus Non-PT fitness consultant handling in selected fitness centers. The researchers utilized a descriptive design and came up with a questionnaire that gets important data from the subjects. Data gathered were converted into weighted mean, frequency, percentage that helped the objective to be followed/achieved. There were total of 146 respondents coming from different selected fitness centers in the urban areas. These respondents fell under the age bracket of 15-35 years old; most of them were males and college graduates. Based on the data results, those clients handled by the PT fitness consultant were very highly satisfied in all the handled by Non-PT fitness consultant were only highly satisfied in all the variables mentioned in the study such as accessibility and convenience, clinical technical management, continuity of care and interpersonal relationship. Therefore, clients of fitness centers benefit more if they are handled by the physical therapist as fitness instructors.
