Abstract
This study aimed to determine how acceptable AT is to selected SPED teachers of students with SLD in Dasmariñas City in terms of: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived school management support, perceived technical support, and perceived knowledge and skills. The target population of the study involved public SPED teachers of all ages and gender in Dasmariñas City. Moreover, the researchers conducted cluster sampling to determine the schools that will serve as their primary sampling unit. The data was collected from seven SPED teachers who fit the inclusion criteria through face-to-face interviews. By means of a qualitative research design, the context of the research problem was further observed. Conceptual analysis was then used to determine the frequency of concepts and analysis of their meaning. Relational analysis was likewise performed to explore the relationships between concepts. The responses of the participants were then divided into several sub-themes for each factor affecting the acceptability of AT. Based on the findings, most of them fully accept the use of AT based on their perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived school management support, perceived technical support, and perceived knowledge and skills.
