Abstract
This study employed a descriptive type of research to obtain a concrete and informative description of the phenomena to be studied. Questionnaire was constructed and distributed to 120 mothers who gave birth from August 01-31, 1995. For the purpose of data gathering, answered instrument was checked, handscored, and analyzed using the t-test, f-test and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. Based on the gathered data, the findings of the study reflected that the mothers claimed a high perception of the Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital Program in University Medical Center in Dasmariñas, Cavite in terms of all the variables. Based on the findings, the researcher therefore concluded that there is no significant difference between the perception of two groups of the respondents in all the factors except for age, educational attainment, and working status in terms of Knowledge of Policies
