The descriptive- survey type of research was used for this study. A total of 103 nurses from the different fields of nursing participated in this study. The data was gathered through a questionnaire developed by the researchers. The statistical treatment used in the study were frequency count and percentage distribution, mean, t-test, f-test, and Duncan multiple range test. 1) Majority of the respondents fall under the age bracket of 21 to 30 years old, female single, did not pursue any post-graduate courses and has work experience of 1 to 5 years; 2) Ranking first in the burnout feeling experienced by the nurses from the different fields of nursing is when the respondents feel like they have to succeed all the time having a mean score of 2.17 mainly because of their eagerness to make it big in their profession consequently, the tend to be aggressive in their work. Ranking second with a mean score of 1.93 is when the nurses find themselves emotionally attached to patients, students or co-health workers. This is mainly because nurses are the ones who devote too much of their time to their clients. Burnout is caused by interpersonal relationships which is one of the so-called job of a nurse. Being on a look out for mistakes which have no room in the nursing profession ranked third with a mean score of 1.70 mainly because, nurses tend to be “perfectionist” in everything they do so that sometimes they have a feeling of “paranoia” which contributes to the development of burnout. Ranking least, being no longer concerned with their work, mainly because of the fact that the respondents were said to be, born to be nurses. Their nursing profession is their bread and butter and they are enjoying their work and everything about Nursing; 3) The respondents’ age is significantly related to the burnout feeling experienced by the nurses from the different fields of nursing because nurses belonging to the 21 to 30 years old are just starting to feel the stress of their profession, while the older nurses (41 and above) have adjusted well into their profession and have stability in their lives; in comparison the nurses who are 31 to 40 years old are burdened with the many changes in life such as marrying or starting a family which would further affect their productivity and effectiveness at work and also the prioritization of responsibilities. The respondents; sex was found to have no significant relation in the burnout feeling experienced by the nurses from the different fields of nursing because there is an equal opportunity existing between male and female. The respondents’ civil status is significantly related to the burnout feeling experienced by the nurses from the different fields of nursing. It was found out that separated nurses have more burnout feelings since they have to work hard to try to without a partner’s help. Adding to it were the emotional problems. The respondent’s educational attainment was found to have a significant relation to the burnout feeling experienced by the nurses from the different fields of nursing because nurses with lesser educational levels have limited knowledge on their profession, therefore, their ways of coping with work-related stress are also limited. The respondent’s length of working experience is not significantly related to the burnout feeling experienced by the nurses because it was said to be that the work experience of the nursing staff.
