Abstract
Descriptive research is a road class of non-experimental studies. The main tool of collecting data was in a form of questionnaire. Through selected random sampling, a total of 205 out of 500 primigravida clients in the areas of Cavite. Most of the respondents were aged 13-19 and 20-27 years old, belonged to the high school level, were single, and in the second trimester stage of pregnancy. The level of awareness of the respondents in terms of physical aspect, emotional aspect and nutritional aspect of RHE was highly aware. The level of awareness of the respondents in terms of sexual aspect of RHE was moderately aware. There was a significant difference in the level of awareness of the primigravida clients regarding RHE in terms of age, educational attainment and marital status. However, there was no significant difference in terms of stages of pregnancy.
