The study on the effects of health education on the knowledge of nursing students regarding the use of herbal cigar, nicotine gum, and tapering dosage method as alternative ways of controlling excessive smoking habit have successfully been conducted by gathering of sufficient date needed to support the for statement using the appropriate statistical treatment that was to be carefully interpreted and analyzed for ant significant differences. The said significance was to be measured for its relationship and values with the given hypothesis that will be presented as a new study having controlling smoking as its main theme.1.According to the study that was presented the following and examined, there is no significantly related difference among the following data that has been gathered in terms of their gender, socio-economic status, and religious affiliation. The profile on gender reveals that male and female share the same level of knowledge as well; Furthermore, the socio-economic status of the respondents didn't reveal any significant differences on the level of knowledge of the respondents. Based on the results of the data. It has a very high significance rate when compared to a controlled group. Moreover, the same result was obtained even if it were to compare the pre-intervention result and post intervention result of the treatment group alone. This clearly validates and authenticates the answer the analysis that the health education was indeed inevitably effective and thus, had increased the level of knowledge of the students. 3. The rejects the null hypothesis of no significance regarding the level of knowledge of the exposed and unexposed group thereby, starting that Health Education Dosage Method was undoubtedly effective as proven by the data presented by this study.
