Abstract
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY A.General The study ventured to assess the food preferences of selected school age children of Dasmariñas Elementary School. B. Specific The following questions were answered in this research: a.What is the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, religion, employment status of parents and elementary grade level? b.What is the food preference of the respondents in Dasmariñas Elementary School? c.Are there significant differences on the food preferences of the respondents when they are grouped according to their age, gender, religion, employment status of parents and elementary grade level? SCOPE AND COVERAGE: The study was conducted in Dasmariñas Elementary School using the students of the said school as respondents of the study. The variables under consideration were the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, religion, employment status of parents and elementary grade level and the food preference of the respondents.
