Abstract
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY: To determine the effects of dance aerobics on the stress level of working mothers from San Marino Square Subdivision, Paliparan I, Dasmarinas, Cavite. SPECIFIC 1.To determine the profile of respondents in terms of age, marital status, number of children, number of working hours per week and type of work. 2.To determine the stress level of the respondents. 3.To determine if there is a significant difference in the stress level of working mothers from San Marino Square Subdivision, Paliparan I, Dasmarinas, Cavite when they are grouped according to age, marital status, number of children, number of working hours per week and type of work. 4.To determine if there is a significant difference in the stress level of the control and experimental groups on the first day of the experiment. 5.To determine if there is a significant difference in the stress level of the control and experimental groups on the last day of the experiment.
