Abstract
This study was primarily understaken to determine the effects of nurse migration on working conditions from the perception of staff nurses at selected hospitals in Cavite. SPECIFIC Specially the study sought to answer the following questions: 1.What is the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, civil status, hospital affiliation, years of experience, religious affiliation, clinical area, and family income? 2.What are the effects of nurse migration on working conditions as perceived by staff nurses of selected hospitals in Cavite? 3.Is there a significant difference in the age, gender, civil status, hospital affiliation, years of experience, religious affiliation, clinical area, and family income?
