This is a descriptive non-experimental type of research. A total of 19 level II clinical instructors were selected using purposive sampling technique. The study concluded that the competency of Bachelor of Science in Nursing III class ’93 in their clinical performance as evaluated by the level II clinical instructors were mostly on the average level. Some clinical instructors differed in the way that they evaluated their student’s competency possibly because competencies are the result of the products of specific curriculum and/or the instructors evaluated their student’s competency based on their own ideal or expected competency.
