Abstract
This study used the non-experimental descriptive research. Respondents were 51 fourth year nursing students in De La Salle Health Sciences Institute for the school year 2016-2017. Purposive sampling was used in the study. The research instrument used in this study was adapted and modified from the study of Carpio et. al., (2009) entitled "Stress Level and Quality of Nurse-Patient Interaction among Selected Hospital Nurses". Data was analysed using frequency distribution, mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). From the findings of the study, the respondents had perceived to a very great extent on the effects of patients' anxiety on the quality of student nurse-patient relationship. The perception on the effects of patients' anxiety on the quality of student nurse patient relationship were the same regardless of age, gender, religion and personality type.
