Abstract
This study utilized the descriptive type of research design. The respondents of the study were 48 nursing students of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute Batch 2017 and were chosen using non-probability, purposive sampling. A self-made questionnaire based on Hildegard Peplau’s Interpersonal Theory served as the main instrument in gathering data. Data was analysed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, t-test, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). In conclusion, roles in improving communication of clients with cerebrovascular accident was perceived to a very great extent by the respondents.
