Abstract
The study utilized a descriptive-correlational method and snowball sampling. The researchers used self-made and modified adapted using a Likert Scale Questionnaire. The following statistical tests were used to answer the specific problem and tests the hypothesis of this study: (a) Frequency and Percentage Distribution, (b) Mean, (c) Kruskal Wallis, (d) Mann Whitney U, (e) Chi-square, and (f) Rank Biserial Coefficient. In light of the results of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Majority of the respondents were female nurses and more than half of the respondents are 20-39 y/o.; 2) The majority of nurses in Selected Hospitals in Cavite had turnover intention during the Global Health Crisis; 3) Nurses who work in COVID ward experience a high level of stress compared to other area of assignments; 4) There is a significant difference on the stress levels of the respondents when they are grouped according to age and area of assignments; 5) There is a significant difference in the turnover intentions of the respondents when they are grouped according to age; 6) There is a significant relationship between the stress level and turnover intention of staff nurses in selected Hospitals in Cavite.
