Abstract

The study utilized an analytical, non-experimental design with stratified random sampling. The researchers used a 25-item survey-type questionnaire, modified and adapted from Perceived Organizational Support of Eisenberger et al. (1986), that will determine the support provision of frontliners in DLSUMC during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of organizational justice, supervisor support and organizational rewards and job conditions. The results were gathered at the end of the data gathering procedure and were subjected for statistical analysis using frequency distribution, mean, Kruskal Wallis test, and Mann-Whitney test. The study concluded that majority of the respondents perceived a moderate support provision from the De La Salle University Medical Center and that medical technologists, who are probationary and employed 6 months and below, recognized a high perception of the support provision of DLSUMC during the COVID-19 pandemic.
