Abstract
Qualitative type of research was used in this study. Specifically, the research design used was phenomenological qualitative with the grand tour question: "What are your lived experiences as a nurse who survived the COVID-19 virus?". Using snowball sampling technique, the five (5) participants were interviewed by the researchers through video conferences during their most convenient time. Upon completion of the interviews and saturation were achieve, the Colaizzi's method of data analysis was utilized. This study concluded that most of the participants are resilient and adaptable throughout their COVID-19 experience. In line with this, the participants arrived at the realization that one of the ways to avoid contracting the COVID-19 virus is a need to intensify the universal and standard precautions in all settings.
