The following conclusions were drawn from the findings of the study: 1) Most of the respondents are 20 to 21 years old, females, second-year nursing students, and from the CALABARZON region; 2) The wellness behavior of the respondents in terms of physical, social and spiritual dimensions is positive wellness behavior, whereas the emotional dimension is negative wellness behavior; 3) In physical and emotional wellness, there is a significant difference in the wellness behavior of the respondents when grouped according to sex. However, the overall wellness behaviors of the respondents showed that there is no significant difference in the wellness behaviors (physical, emotional, social and spiritual) when grouped according to age, sex, year level and place of residence.
