Abstract

The study utilized a non-experimental descriptive analytical design and a modified and adapted instrument in collecting data from 140 fourth-year nursing students. Findings revealed that the majority of the respondents have a highly positive attitude, high level of readiness, and high competency towards interprofessional and collaborative practice whereas the respondents’ attitude, readiness, and competency when grouped according to sex, religion, and personality types are the same.
