Abstract
A Descriptive-Analytical Research Design was utilized in the conduct of this study. A Simple Random Sampling, specifically Random Selection Technique, was utilized to identify the respondents. To answer the research problem, the researchers utilized a Self-Made Questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale. Furthermore, to analyze the data, the following statistical tool was utilized: Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Weighted Mean, Independent T- test, and ANOVA. Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions are drawn: Out of 165 respondents, most are females who prefer homestay with home Wi- Fi as their technological resources, using either a PC or laptop. The respondents found that the challenges of group dynamics in an online setup are slightly challenging in terms of Communication and Collaboration. In contrast to the challenges regarding Compliance, they found it not challenging. The findings showed that there is no significant difference in group dynamics in an online setup according to sex, study environment, and technological resources.
