Abstract
Utilizing a scoping review, citation searches from eight databases were conducted and scrutinized using the PRISMA review process for scoping review. Through this, the researchers conducted a three-step process of Title and Abstract Screening, Full-text Review, and Data Extraction to filter out eligible articles bound by the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Findings reveal that Technology-Based Interventions (TBI) and Nurses’ Performance Improvement Interventions (NPII) were implemented in different hospitals across Asia. Applicability of the themes depend on the socioeconomic status of the country wherein high-income countries are geared towards the use of TBI, while low to middle-income countries are geared towards the use of NPII. While some of the interventions in these said countries were effective, others were either perceived as failed or deemed as not significantly compelling.
