Abstract

The researchers used a descriptive=analytical method. In gathering the respondents, the sampling technique employed was convenience sampling. Forty (40) participants were asked to fill out a self-made questionnaire targeted to identify the level of readiness for professional practice as a result of online learning. The following statistical treatments were used: frequency and percentage, weighted mean, Mann-Whitney U Test for Independent Sample and Kruskall Wallis Test. After careful analysis of the findings, the following conclusions were made: 1) The profile states that many respondents are female, whose monthly family income is greater than Php250,000, resided at home and are Filipino citizens; 2) De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute Batch 2021 nursing graduates have a high level of perceived readiness to practice professionally. This also suggests that online learning has been adequate in developing professional competencies among nursing students; 3) De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute's Batch 2021 nursing graduates, regardless of their sex, family income, type of residency, and citizenship, have a high level of perceived readiness to practice professionally.
