The study used a purposive and snowball sampling technique. There were 10 participants were interviewed. Collaizzi's method was used for data analysis. With the findings of the study, the researchers concluded that the experiences of nurses assigned to the COVID-19 unit revolved around their work-related challenges, provision of care to patients, emotional exhaustion, spiritual empowerment, personal reflections, coping mechanisms, and phases of grieving associated with patient loss.
