Abstract
The research design utilized in the study is descriptive. Purposive sampling technique to choose the respondents of study. The minimum sample size was computed through the Slovin's formula, which gave 247 respondents to be the chosen strata for the study. The researchers made use of validated questionnaires that were made by different authors as an instrument to gather the needed information for the study. Data was analyzed through frequency and percentage distribution, and mean. The study concluded that mothers form Brgy. Bagumbayan, Angono, Rizal exhibited a lack of knowledge about the adverse effects of vaccines, but exhibited a somewhat positive attitude toward vaccines, and high trust in health care system. Although vaccine hesitancy was rampant among Filipinos, trust in the health care system appears to be stable.
