Abstract
The study used a qualitative research design, and a descriptive approach to best understand the participants' experiences. Also, this study has 149 employees as participants wherein purposive sampling was utilized to determine the sample size. The data obtained from the modifying factors and the set of questions were analyzed using the Principal Component Analysis or Factor Analysis. Descriptive statistics were gathered from the questionnaire which includes frequency and mean score. The results showed that the working class The result showed that the working class of Molino IV Bacoor City, Cavite had a very high knowledge with regard to their preferred face mask. There were nine criteria gathered, and the most important underlying component they evaluate in choosing and purchasing their chosen face mask is the effectiveness and usability of the face masks. In terms of practices, majority of the working class were aware of the proper use of their preferred face mask. However, the proper disposal of face masks was the poor practice that was revealed in the data. The researchers recommend increasing the sample size and widening the scope of the study to gather more valid results. According to the researchers' findings, the participants have above-average knowledge about their preferred face mask, by the number of COVID-19 cases in Molino IV Bacoor Cavite, City was increasing.
