Abstract
This study followed a descriptive comparative research design. This research used total enumeration or census in which the researchers included all registered medical technologists working in Cavite-De La Salle COVID-19 Diagnostic Center. A total of 31 registered medical technologists are working in the CDCDC as of May 2021. However, due to some limitations, a total number of 25 registered medical technologists were instead included in the study. The data were gathered through the use of the Generic Occupational Stress Index (OSI) which measured the work-related stress levels between male and female medical technologists in CDCDC. The data was analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation and independent T-test. The study concluded that no significant difference in the work-related stress levels between the male and female RMTs of CDCDC, which reveal that both sexes have similar work-related stress levels.
