Abstract
A descriptive quantitative research design was used in this study. Simple random sampling technique was done to choose respondents. A sample size of 76 was computed to ensure that results from the questionnaire are considered valid and significant. Statistical tool like Spearman Rank correlation was used for data analysis. In conclusion, the overall relationship between the moderate anxiety and the work performance of the medical technologists is negligible because health care workers are proven to be resilient in the face of adversity due to their adaptability and determination.
