Abstract
A cross-sectional study was used to describe the chemotherapy treatment and cardiotoxicity among breast cancer patients. This study included all breast cancer patients from January 2018 to December 2019 given chemotherapy. A total of 138 breast cancer patients were admitted from 2018 to 2019. Only fifty-six patients, however, underwent chemotherapy. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, there were only four patients who were eligible to proceed in the study. All of them had a biopsy proven breast cancer diagnosis of Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. Only patient 4 had a comorbidity of hypertension and dyslipidemia and was already maintained on Perindopril, Amlodipine and Atorvastatin. The other patients had no other comorbidities.
