Abstract
22 year-old female with Non Hodgkin lymphoma germinal center B-cell subtype of Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma presented to hospital with periumbilical abdominal pain progressed to generalized abdominal pain several day after steroid treatment. On PET scan and chest x ray revealed pneumoperitoneum suggestive of rupture hollow viscus most likely jejunum. An emergency laparotomy.
