Abstract
The objective of the study is to determine the demographic and clinical characteristics of pediatric patients diagnosed with urolithiasisat De La Salle University Medical Center. The study used the 10 year cross sectional retrospective study using an in hospital registry. patients less than or equal to 18 years old diagnosed with urolithiasis and with complete work-up. The study concluded that pediatric urolithiasis is more common in females, particularly in the middle adolescent age group. flank pain and vomiting was the most common complaint and manifestation. Majority of the hematoligic and serologic work-up were normal while hematuria was the common urinalysis finding. Nephrolithiasis was the most common.
